Bossier Parish Community College and the College Transition Programs will host an information day on Saturday, September 14, from 10am until 1pm in Building F on the Bossier Campus, located at 6220 East Texas Street. This event is free and open to the public.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with college staff and learn more about the programs’ mission and essential services provided. Attendees can also look forward to presentations from other campus services and student resources as well as registration opportunities for the fall semester.
College Transition Programs at BPCC includes a range of essential services, such as HiSET/GED preparation in both English and Spanish, English language learner classes, College and Career Pathways leading to high school equivalency, the BPCC Bridge program, and other short-term certification and community education opportunities.
“We are thrilled to open our doors to the community and share the impactful work we do,” said Justin Tison, Director of College Transition Programs. “This event is not only an opportunity to raise awareness about our mission and services but also to develop deeper connections with current and prospective students, their families, and other members of the community.”
