Bossier Parish Community College is proud to announce its spring semester graduates. In total, there were 891 graduates with 1,189 credentials received. The ceremony included graduates from all three BPCC campuses – Bossier, Natchitoches and Sabine Valley.
Commencement speaker was Susana Schowen, Secretary of the Louisiana Workforce Commission. She was appointed by Governor Jeff Landry in January of 2024. Prior to joining the LWC, she spent two years as the Vice President of Education at the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, and before that, she was at LED FastStart, the workforce development division of Louisiana Economic Development, for over ten years. BPCC Chancellor Dr. Rick Bateman, Jr. presided over the College’s graduation ceremony.
The College is also pleased to announce students named to the Chancellor’s and Dean’s lists for the 2024 spring semester.
