
Immerse yourself in a night of LIVE musical entertainment at BPCC’s annual Cavchella Festival of Music!
Join us for BPCC’s annual Cavchella Festival of Music—a night of live entertainment, creativity, and fun! Enjoy performances by three headlining acts, face painting, glitter henna, DIY crafts, and photo vinyl memories. Savor bites from local food trucks like 318 Food Co., The Hot Dawg Hut, and Yeero-Yeero, plus sweet treats from Kona Ice.
- Admission is free for BPCC students, faculty, and staff and $5 for guests (cash only).
- Limit one guest per student or faculty/staff member.
- Having your student or faculty/staff ID will greatly expedite the check-in process as everyone must check-in to receive an event pass, souvenir, and food ticket.
- Attendees must check-in upon entering the event area to receive a Cavchella VIP Pass with lanyard, food ticket, and souvenir item.
- T-shirts will be available for students only.
- One food ticket will be distributed to each attendee to be used at the food truck of their choice. Additional food items may be purchased at the discretion of the food truck vendors.
- Attendees may purchase tickets to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a rainbow-colored acoustic guitar signed by the Cavchella performers.
- Drawing will be held at approximately 9pm. Winner must be present to win!
- A signed BPCC Liability Waiver will be required of all attendees. Forms will be provided at check-in.
- Music content/volume and event activities may not be suitable for small children. Children in attendance must be supervised at all times!
- Lawn or folding chairs and/or a blanket or beach towel for sitting are welcome and encouraged. Limited table seating will be provided.
- No outside food/drinks, ice chests or pop-up tents allowed. Bottled water will be provided free-of-charge throughout the event.
- Restroom facilities will be located inside the gym. Directional signage will be provided.
