Looking for housing? There are plenty of great options nearby to keep you close to campus! But when it comes to food, we've got you covered. Grab a bite at SUBWAY in Building F, where you can snag a sandwich between classes. Plus, Student Life organizes fun events with lunch and a snack series throughout the semester. And when you’re in the mood for a slushy, hot dog, or pizza, we’ve heard students like to head up the road to the QT for a quick snack break!
There’s plenty of fun to be had with almost two events every week. Some student favorites include BPCC’s music festival, Cavchella, and After Dark Park, a glo party with food trucks and keepsakes. You can also get involved in clubs like Student Government, The Debate Team, BPCC Optimist Club, Cyber Club, submit to the Savoir Faire Literary and Art Magazine, or compete with BPCC SkillsUSA. Visit the Office of Student Life for more information on student organizations.
ACT or SAT scores aren't required, but they can help our student success coaches recommend the best courses for you, making sure you're placed at the right level. Ask about our tutoring center for extra help to succeed and get the best grades possible.

A division is a group of related programs organized by subject or career field. Think of it like a big folder that keeps similar programs together, making it easier for students to find the right classes, teachers, and career paths.
At BPCC, we have four academic divisions:
- Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences – Covers subjects like English, History, and Art, along with programs such as TEACH, Criminal Justice, General Studies, Communication Media, and Performing Arts. These programs build strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Business and Information Technology – Includes programs like Culinary Arts, Systems Administration, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Healthcare Management, Software Development, and Computer Information Systems. These prepare students for careers in business, finance, and technology.
- Nursing and Allied Health – Offers hands-on training in programs like Nursing, Paramedic, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy Tech, and Medical Diagnostic Sonography to prepare students for healthcare careers.
- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) – Includes subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Engineering, plus career-focused programs such as Industrial Engineering, Oil & Gas, Electrician, Advanced Welding, and Automation & Controls.
Each division is designed to help students get the education and skills they need to start a career or transfer to a university.
