BPCC’s OnDemand™ is now offering the course, “The Ten Tenets of Healthy Lifestyles and Financial Health,” and is available to anyone, anytime, and anywhere.
The course, designed to educate people on effective ways to keep from physically, emotionally and spiritually dying young, focuses on ten very important lifestyle tenets and how to incorporate them into your wellness structure. The tenets include brain health, healthy relationships, spirituality, stress management, sleep fitness, nutrition and gut health, hormonal balance, body movement, financial health
Instructors for the course are Dr. Karen M. Pendleton and Dr. John J. Ward.
- Pendleton earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, 1984; completed Ophthalmology Residency, 1993 and Fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery, 1994 at the LSU Eye Center, both institutes in New Orleans, LA.
- Ward earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from LSU Shreveport School of Medicine, 1981; completed Orthopedic Surgery Residency, 1987 and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Surgical Oncology, 1988 at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, AL.
