Important Payment Notice

What is the “purge” and how will it affect me?

To avoid being removed from your classes for the spring semester, you must by Friday, January 8, 2016

  • pay in full, OR
  • have completed all financial aid paperwork by the established deadline, OR
  • set up a payment plan and make the first payment.

Please refer to your LOLA account regarding your student balance information.

You can pay your balance:

  • online through your LOLA account using the CASHnet service OR
  • in person at the BPCC Business Office, Building F, 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City, LA.

If you have a balance due, and have not made one of the above mentioned payment arrangements, then you will be removed from all registered classes.

If you have registered for classes, and you no longer wish to attend, you must officially drop any class for which you are registered or you will incur charges.

After January 8, 2016, there are two more important dates to remember:

Students with a balance due on January 14, 2016 and on January 22, 2016 will have their classes removed unless they have made one of the above mentioned payment arrangements.

If you have any questions concerning payment, contact the Business Office at
