Chancellor Jim Henderson has announced the new basketball coaches for the Bossier Parish Community College Cavaliers. Joe St. Andre’ is the head coach, and Bill McConathy is the assistant coach.

Longtime BPCC basketball coach takes job in Arkansas
Louis Bonner, head basketball coach at Bossier Parish Community College, has accepted the head coaching position at Riverview High School in Searcy, Arkansas. Bonner has been at BPCC since 2002. He starts his new coaching job July 15.

Utah first baseman Austin Jones was named the National Player of the Week by the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper . Jones hit four home runs against Air Force on Friday, breaking the school record and tying the Mountain West Conference record for homers in a game.
