SkillsUSAŽ Talent Scholarships
Bossier Parish Community College may award full tuition scholarships to first, second, and third place medalists in the National Secondary SkillsUSA® contest, and partial tuition scholarships to first place winners in the State's Secondary SkillsUSA® contest.
Recipients must enter an eligible BPCC Career and Technical Education program within 12 months of their high school graduation date.
Recipients who maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average and remain in good standing with the College may receive the award for up to four consecutive semesters.
Scholarship recipients must be full-time students and continue to participate in the SkillsUSA® competition representing BPCC at the post-secondary level.
Current BPCC students who represent BPCC in the post-secondary State or National SkillsUSA® contests will also be eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The number of SkillsUSA® Talent Scholarships will be based on budget availability. The deadline for submitting applications is August 1. Applications should be submitted to the BPCC Office of Student Life (F-220). For questions, contact Marjoree Harper at 318-678-6354.
