I am an Associate Professor and the Program Coordinator for Instructional Technology, School of Education, University of Houston - Clear Lake, Houston, TX. I teach upper division and graduate instructional technology courses. I have designed and delivered graduate distance web courses in learning theory, project management and performance technology. I am the Executive Dean of Instruction at Bossier Parish Community College, and prior to that taught Criminal Justice, Psychology and Education courses in the Division of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the College. I also served as the Director of Institutional Research. My principle responsibilities as Dean are to assign advisors, to ensure that all students have the opporunity to evaluate instruction, and to approve students for graduation. In addition, I currently teach Introduction to Education and Educational Psychology by web-based delivery. I received my Ed.D. in Developmental Education from Grambling State University in 1992.
