Marshal Johnny Wyatt Public Service Excellence (Memorial) Scholarship

Established by the men and women of the Bossier City Marshal Office Emergency Communications Group

For two decades, Marshal Johnny G. Wyatt set the standard in law enforcement for the Caddo-Bossier Community, the region, and the State of Louisiana in the area of marshal operations for communities large and small. In addition, his dedication to protecting the youth of our community through the establishment of the Northwest Louisiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has brought national recognition to the Bossier City Marshal Office concerning efforts to stop cyber crimes.

In honor of the dedicated service of Marshal Wyatt, the men and women of the Bossier City Marshal Office Emergency Communications Group in partnership with Bossier Parish Community College have established a scholarship fund to honor the legacy of our friend, mentor, and community servant – Marshal Johnny Wyatt.

If you wish to contribute to this fund and help preserve the memory of Marshal Wyatt, his commitment to justice, our youth and our communities, please complete and return the contribution form below. The family will be informed of your gift, and the proceeds will benefit academic scholarships for students enrolled in the Criminal Justice and Cyber Technology programs at Bossier Parish Community College.
